John Dall (May 26, 1918 in New York, New York – January 15, 1971 in Hollywood, California) was an American actor.

Dall is best remembered today for the part of the cool-minded intellectual killer in Alfred Hitchcock's Rope, but first came to fame as the young prodigy who comes alive under the tutelage of Bette Davis in The Corn Is Green, for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. However, he worked primarily in the theatre.

Dall died from a heart attack. Other sources report that he died of a punctured lung.^{[citation needed]} Death by punctured lung was stated as cause of death by Dall's brother - this information provided by Dall's nephew.
